Methodology
Carrington & Carrington's search approach and methodology is designed to yield several qualified candidates to compare and evaluate competitively against each other and against competency profiles from the corporate client. Qualified candidates are thoroughly interviewed face-to-face by officer level staff to obtain a realistic and comprehensive understanding of accomplishments, capabilities and potential. Prior professional experiences and educational backgrounds are verified. Reference checking also occurs later in the process. Once we have thoroughly evaluated the candidates, we prepare and present to the corporate client written presentations on three or four of the most qualified individuals. Our candidate pool is always inclusive of diversity candidates both in terms of race and gender. We coordinate client interviews and assist as required in establishing and presenting the terms of the offer to the selected candidate.
