Methodology
Carrington & Carrington, Ltd. regards every search as unique and tailors each assignment according to our client’s specific needs. However, our methodology does rely on the following four phased process:
Phase One - Plan & Research
- Research and identify potential candidates through professional networks and associates, referrals, and our internal database
Phase Two - Source, Recruit, Screen & Interview
- Perform an initial phone screen to evaluate the candidate’s background and invite qualified candidates to be personally interviewed
Phase Three - Present Candidates
- Develop and present, resumes, candidate profiles, and organization charts to the client
- Verify employment background, degrees, and certifications and develop written reports
Phase Four - Mediate Offer & Close Engagement
- Consult with our client and the candidate through the negotiation period until an offer is finalized
- Continue to work with the new employee and our client after employment to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization
