Plan & Research
Our initial step is to conduct interviews with client executives who have direct interest in, or relationship to the vacant position. We develop and refine the position specification, describing the primary responsibilities of the position, compensation, reporting relationships and the prerequisite education and experiences necessary for satisfactory performance. Additionally, we obtain information on the company history, objectives, growth plans, transition issues and the personalities of key players. This information serves as a guide for us during the course of the search.
Our Research Department is staffed by skilled professionals who utilize our extensive internal database, online resources, print materials, our diversity network and our various memberships and affiliations with diversity related associations and organizations.
