Source, Recruit, Screen & Interview
Once the position specification and Letter of Understanding are approved, we then begin the search for those persons with closely matching qualifications. These individuals are typically not actively seeking employment and must be surfaced. It is our practice to search comparable companies in the industry and to use a direct and proactive approach in locating qualified candidates who have well-established patterns of accomplishment and success in a similar position. This process is designed to yield several qualified candidates to compare and evaluate competitively against each other and against competency profiles of peers within the company.
Qualified candidates are thoroughly interviewed, face-to-face by officer level staff at Carrington & Carrington, Ltd. to obtain a realistic and comprehensive understanding of accomplishments, capabilities and potential. Prior experience and education are verified. Reference checking also occurs later in the process.
