PHASE THREE - Present Candidates

Once we have thoroughly evaluated the candidates, we prepare and present to the client written presentations on three to four of the most qualified individuals. Our candidate pool is always inclusive of diversity candidates both in terms of race and gender. The Candidate Presentation Packet which is presented to the client consists of a standard form resume which is clear and easy to follow and accounts for the complete employment history. We also include organization charts for candidates’ current and prior or most significant recent position. Finally, the Candidate Presentation Packet includes a narrative candidate profile which discusses specific skill areas, experiences and accomplishments most critical to the client company. This profile expands upon the more general resume and highlights those key areas in a way to clearly demonstrate that the candidate has a track record that reflects the needs of the client company.
